Search Team - Last week in service you heard about our possible partnership with Sun Valley Church in Gilbert, AZ.  If you would like to hear more about this partnership and the idea of a campus pastor, you are invited to attend one of the two information/Q&A meetings this week - Monday and Tuesday at 6PM at Parkside.

Valdez Open House - Come help us celebrate what God has done for these grandparents and their eight grandchildren!  If you volunteered, prayed, gave or are just interested and wanting to bless and encourage this family, come for the Open House 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 15.  Dedication will be at 3:00 p.m.  (Some have asked about gifts - possible suggestions: gift cards or grocery items.)

Senior Adult Brunch -  Wednesday, August 18th, from 9:00-11:00 a.m.  Come and join this fun-loving group for a wonderful time of fellowship and great food.  Bring your favorite breakfast treat to share.  Contact Marge Warnica at 567-8547 if you have any questions.  Plans for a September outing will be discussed.

Panama 2011 - Did you sign up to go on the mission trip to Panama in Spring 2011, or are you a little bit interested in possibly going?  Then you should attend a very important meeting on Sunday, August 24th, at 11:45.  Applications for the trip will be available along with information on the trip, finances, fundraising, etc.  A light lunch will be provided.  Call Noah Green for further information at 567-6679.

Why? - Ever had questions about God or the Bible?  To follow our new series, “Why?”, we are having Q/A times with our Pastors and Elders about God, the Bible and Faith.  Write, email or text your questions and on Tuesday nights, August 24th and 31st, we will do our best to answer them.

Big News!  Awana is just around the corner.  Club starts Wednesday, September 8th, at 6:00 p.m.  Start inviting your friends and neighbors now to join us for an exciting season of games, music and learning God’s word.
